- Google Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture.
- Account Data: Information you provide when creating your For10 account.
- Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, features used, and viewing habits.
1.2 Device Information
- Device Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Network Information: IP address, network type, and connection status.
- App Performance: Crash reports and performance metrics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data for service provision, security, and service improvement including 4K video playback and secure channel management.
3. Information Sharing
We do NOT share personal information with third parties except for legal requirements or trusted service providers like Google Firebase for authentication.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel via multi-factor authentication.
Retention: Account data is retained while active. Deleted files are removed within 30 days.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your data at any time through the For10 mobile app.
6. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Video Monetization Program
When participating in monetization, we collect UPI ID or Bank details solely for processing withdrawals. This data is handled with extreme security.
7.1. Link Conversion & Redirection Privacy
For10 allows creators to promote and share content through our Link Conversion system. All videos and media uploaded as "Public" (without enabling password protection or private channel permissions) are visible to the platform and can be converted by other users/creators into custom redirect links. To opt out of link conversion and sharing by other users, you must set your video/channel privacy to Private or enable 4-digit Password Protection on the content. By keeping content public, you consent to this metadata sharing and link conversion behavior across the platform.
8. Platform Safety
We prioritize security through encryption, secure authentication, and regular audits. In the event of a data breach, we notify relevant authorities and affected users as required by law.
9. Compliance
This policy complies with Google Play Store requirements, GDPR, CCPA, and Indian Information Technology Act.
