10. Video Monetization Program

For10 offers a monetization program for eligible creators to earn from their video content. By participating in the monetization program, you agree to the following terms:

10.1 Eligibility

• Monetization is available only for video content
• You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent)
• All monetized content must be original and comply with our Community Guidelines
• Only content you own or have rights to can be monetized

10.2 Platform Fee & Withdrawals

• 10% platform fee is deducted from all withdrawals
• Minimum withdrawal: ₹100
• Withdrawals are processed within 1-2 business days
• Bank transfers may take an additional 1-3 days depending on your bank
• Supported payment methods: UPI and Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted

10.3 Payment Details & Responsibility

• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details (UPI ID or Bank account)
• Platform is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect payment details
• Payment details used only for processing your withdrawals

10.4 Fraud & View Validity

• Views are validated for authenticity
• Fraudulent views (bots, VPN farming, self-views) are not counted and may result in earnings forfeiture
• Accounts found engaging in fraud will be suspended
• Earnings from fraudulent activity are forfeited

10.5 Copyright Compliance

• Only original content is eligible for monetization
• We are DMCA compliant - takedowns are processed within 24-48 hours
• Copyrighted content will be frozen immediately and earnings paused
• 3 copyright strikes result in permanent account ban

10.6 Taxes

• You are responsible for all applicable taxes (GST, TDS) on your earnings
• Platform may deduct TDS as per Indian law if applicable
